Supporters pull out the stops at the British 10k run 2012

A huge thank you goes out to the 11 brave individuals who faced the wind and rain (and a very early start) on Sunday morning to run the British 10k for Friendship Works. Despite battling the elements, our runners looked comfortable and confident as they breezed past the Friendship Works cheering point on Westminster Bridge.

Congratulations to the following runners who trained hard to complete the circuit and raise funds to help young people in London.

  • Shaun Palmer
  • Dom Weinberg
  • James Lincoln
  • Sophie Boullin
  • Jonathan Worrell
  • Louise Betteridge
  • Cate Inglis
  • Sacha Tiong
  • Richard Bates
  • Cheyne Mitchell
  • David Lester

The Friendship Works running team included mentors, supporters and a member of staff from corporate partner the London Stock Exchange Group. To date, team Friendship Works has raised over £2,300 with donations still coming in.

Thank you and well done to the team for their amazing support.
