Stars come out for Friendship Works at Café de Paris

Sunday 4 December saw stars of the stage and screen unite to raise £115,000 for Friendship Works. Funds raised at the event will help to provide more mentors and long-term friendships for vulnerable children in Islington, Camden and Southwark.

Guests relaxed at a champagne reception courtesy of hosts Café de Paris before being treated to a sumptuous three course dinner, and taking part in a dramatic auction hosted by Patron Jonathan Pryce. Bidding was fiercely competitive for a once-in-a-lifetime lunch with Michael Palin, the chance to shadow Jon Snow for a day, and Daniel Craig’s tuxedo from the latest Bond epic.
