Legs of steel supporters plan fundraising for 2012

Friendship Works London-Paris Cycling Team took to their bikes again on Saturday 17 September 2011, to take on the Legs of Steel challenge. This cyclosportive event needs stamina and determination, with 81km and 1600m of climbing up eight major hills in Surrey. Despite these thigh-burning climbs our team did themselves proud, with an array of gold medals to prove it.

After the event the team got together for lunch to reminisce over the film footage of their London to Paris journey, which raised over £250,000 for Friendship Works.

After lunch, planning started for the next big cycling adventure for 2012 and it is safe to say that we are looking forward to making this even better than 2011.
