Volunteer Administrator

Hours: 7 hours per week [2 half days or 1 day per week, Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays]

Employment Status:  Voluntary unpaid position.  Travel and lunch expenses will be provided.

Volunteer commitment: 3 months minimum

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable volunteer to provide administrative support, especially to the casework team.  We are a small, friendly and supportive staff team and this would be a good opportunity for somebody to gain work experience – or to simply enjoy being part of an organisation working to improve the lives of children in Camden and Islington.

Tasks

The work is to provide central administrative support and will include the following types of tasks:

  • Uploading forms, information and photos to our “salesforce” database.
  • Inputting data onto excel and evaluating feedback forms.
  • Administering DBS checks for our volunteer mentors.
  • Producing Volunteer ID cards.
  • Checking through volunteer mentor expense claims.
