£50,000 – 55,000 (depending on experience, with potential for significant increase based on sustainable growth in the future) + pension.
We are looking for a dynamic Chief Executive to build on Friendship Works’ significant success to date, taking responsibility for ensuring further growth and geographical expansion. Providing strategic vision and working closely with the Board to set and achieve organisational goals and objectives, our Chief Executive will identify, develop and seize new income generation opportunities to enable us to continue to deliver our much needed and highly valued mentoring programmes. Through the Senior Leadership Team, you will take overall responsibility for managing people and resources, as well as ensuring that child safety and protection are key priorities.
The successful candidate will have a strong affinity with Friendship Works’ mission and programmes. With a demonstrable track record of income generation, organisational leadership and experience of creating, implementing and delivering strategy, the Chief Executive will also have a track record of leading sustained operational growth. He or she will have strong relationship building skills, coupled with the ability to lead and develop a culture of high achievement.
